Lookout Mountain(sold)
Our original project lookout mountain park is all sold, and we have a really great community going on there. We recently created lookout mountain Homestead on the parcel across Ohlsen Mountain road These lots are south facing and both lots border on recreational trails that connect to the lookout mountain trail system. Lots like these are rare and these lots will likely be sold this summer. The three acre lot is being offered for $60,000 and the five acre lot is being offered for $80,000.
